Zuma Hojicha Powder (100g)
Direct from Zumas Artisan Collection, Horjicha is a traditional roasted green tea that delivers a natural sweetness with a distinctive toasted aroma. Horjicha is ideal for crafting professional level, barista-made lattes.
This delicious powder has a caramelised flavour which makes it distinct from traditional matcha, with warm toasted notes.
As it has a lower caffeine than coffee, Horjicha makes the ideal drink for the afternoon.
How to use: Use one small scoop (approximately 1.5g) of Zuma Hojicha and sift through a sieve to remove any clumps. Add 30ml or warm or cold water and whisk vigorously in a W or M motion until thick and creamy foam with bubbles forms. Top with warm water or steamed milk.
